These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AnyToLet. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AnyToLet is a classifieds platform that lets property owners and agents post rental listings, and lets renters browse and contact listers directly. We are not a party to, and do not guarantee, any agreement between owners and renters.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering, including via Google or Facebook sign-in.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Posting Listings

• You confirm that you have the right to list the property and that all details (rent, description, photos, location, contact information) are accurate and up to date.
• Listings are reviewed before publishing and may be rejected or removed if they violate these Terms or our content guidelines (fraudulent, duplicate, discriminatory, or misleading listings are not allowed).
• You may unpublish or permanently delete your own approved listings at any time from your dashboard.
• Editing a listing sends it back for re-approval before it's publicly visible again.

4. Featured Listings

Featuring a listing is a paid, optional promotion. Payment is made manually via bKash/Nagad and verified by our team before the listing is marked as featured; featured placement is not guaranteed until approved and is not refundable once activated.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or duplicate listings.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, harassment, or discrimination.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the platform's normal operation.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with a property.

6. Third-Party Sign-In

If you sign in using Google or Facebook, you also agree to that provider's own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party sign-in services.

7. Disclaimer

AnyToLet is provided "as is." We do not verify the identity of every owner or the physical condition of every listed property, and we are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between owners and renters. Always verify a property and its owner in person before making any payment.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time — see the Data Deletion page.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use AnyToLet after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
